All folders except the FEATURE folder are now OPEN, no approval on submissions needed. Please message the page the minute a folder is full so another can be opened.

Thanks guys and keep sharing your art
Hi everyone!

We're trying to help a good friend raise money to open an animal rescue in Australia. She currently has commissions open but due to lack of exposure she isn't doing very well. So I'm asking everyone I can if they can help!

I'm asking people to donate art to my auction! Well not even donate, we'll sell your art for only a 5% donation fee! So if we sell your art for $20 we only ask for a $1 donation (unless the artist is happy to donate more) and you receive the rest!

I'm hoping to have the auction ready early to mid April and will be selling them right here on DeviantArt. If you are interested or know an artist that might be interested please note Chi-Akuryou to discuss details.

All money raised will be donated and NOT used for personal gain. If we reach over $1000 in donations we will also donate some of that money to other established rescues in need!

Or if you are interested in a commission please contact Lauwil for details.

Will update regularly.

Thanks guys! (:
A lot of people do not understand why some of their deviations are not being accepted. So I've put together a list that will hopefully clear things up with people.

:bulletred: You have exceeded the 3 deviations a day limit. Putting 3 into one folder than 3 into another will not get your art accepted. (3 deviations a day is a recent change.)

:bulletorange: Submitting your artwork into the wrong folders. I have noticed a lot of people submitting their artwork, for example, to the 'Digital Art' folder, when the deviation is indeed a digital art, but is better suited in the 'Fan Art' folder. Please be careful of that.

:bulletyellow:  Submitting 'explicit' deviations without a mature content warning. We do have younger deviants that use this group that don't need to be exposed to inappropriate artwork for their age. Art works with mature content warnings will be accepted.

:bulletgreen: Submitting a bunch of artwork that all look the same. For example, photography of the same tree at different angles, pick the best angle and submit that one. The same goes for artworks and close ups of the same work.

:bulletblue: There is a belief that the artwork that has been submitted has been stolen or used without the original artists permission. If that is true the original artist will be notified and you may be reported and blocked from the group.

:bulletpurple: Any deviation that contains anything offensive will also be reported and you will be blocked from the group. The admins here will not put up with threats, racism, bullying, or any other offensive slurs.

If you haven't been blocked from the group and you do not believe that your declined submissions fit into any of the above categories please do not hesitate to note or message Chi-Akuryou And please do not be offended if your deviation is not accepted, it doesn't mean your artwork isn't any good.

Thanks guys, and keep sharing your art! (:
This blog is all about you and your opinion, the only rules being not harassing or abusing other people for their opinions. You have your opinion and they have theirs, please respect that. Member or not if I find anyone harassing or causing trouble you will be banned from the group and reported.

The way I will do this is by numbering the questions, do not feel obligated to answer all the questions but you may if you wish. To make it easier for both the reader and writer please write the number of the question you are answering before answering it.

EXAMPLE:
2. Yes
5. I prefer...
11. I think...
etc.

You do not have to be a member to voice your opinions, these questions help me understand what people want from a group. I appreciate your opinions :D

Questions:
1. How many groups are you a member of?
2. Why do you become a member of a group?
3. Do you prefer to be a member or just watch a group? Why?
4. Do you join group contests?
5. What is your opinion on group contests?
6. What kind of prizes do you look for in a group contest?
7. Do you think groups should be upgraded to Super? Why?
8. What kind of artwork do you like to see the most?
9. Does the number of people in a group effect you joining? Why?
10. How do you find a group?
11. Do you believe affiliations are important? Why?
12. Does the number of deviations allowed to be submitted to the group per day/week/month/etc, effect your contribution to the group? Why?
13.In your opinion, is more admins of a group better or worse? Why?
14. Do you tend to withdraw your deviations from a group if the admins take to long to accept it? Why?
15. Any ideas, questions, or tips on how to improve a group?

Thanks for your help
